In Indian-European cooperation, a campus is being built in Dikling, Sikkim, with a school, a residential building and a Buddhist wooden temple. In the future, the campus will provide socially disadvantaged children with a home and an education. Retreats and instruction are offered to interested people from all over the world.

Since the wooden construction tradition has been lost in Sikkim, the local construction committee has brought in a group of Swiss wood construction specialists to construct the wooden temple. Swiss wood construction know-how is being passed on to Sikkimese and Indian craftsmen on a voluntary basis.

In a first step, the wooden temple is currently being built. The project relies on support to be realized. With your donation, you will help to create a place where Buddha's teachings are kept and passed on - a home of loving wisdom.
