The Swiss association Sukha, founded by Karma Tsultim Namdak and Leentje and Damian Walliser, based in Brig, aims to selflessly strengthen and maintain the valuable cultural heritage of the Himalayan region and to establish a supporting infrastructure.

It is committed to supporting and educating socially disadvantaged children in Sikkim. It promotes the revival of the endangered art of wood construction and the training of corresponding specialists in India with the transfer of Swiss wood construction know-how.
